In accordance with Law No. 361/2022 on the protection of public interest whistleblowers, S.C. MULTI PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. provides secure and confidential internal channels for reporting breaches of the law.
What can be reported
You may report any conduct that constitutes a breach of the law or internal regulations, including but not limited to: fraud, corruption, legal violations, unethical behaviour, or other irregularities arising in a professional context.
Who can report
Reports may be submitted by any individual who has obtained relevant information in a professional context, including:
- current or former employees
- contractors or collaborators
- job applicants
- any other persons in a professional relationship with the company
How to report
Reports can be submitted through the following internal channels:

Reports may be submitted either anonymously or with your identity disclosed.
Confidentiality and protection
The identity of the whistleblower is protected in accordance with applicable law. The company ensures the confidentiality of your identity and of any information that could lead to your identification, except where disclosure is required by law.
Any form of retaliation against individuals who submit reports in good faith is strictly prohibited.
