Employment of Asian/Non-EU Workers

Since 2007 we have started to deploy workers from Asia in fields such as childcare and housekeeping, hospitality, production, textile industry, bakery industry, agriculture and sanitation.
As the Asian workers adapted to the way of working within Romanian companies, as well as to the local lifestyle, they have continued so far to make up for the labor shortage in Romania.

Employment benefits:

They are prone to tolerance, understanding and empathy, resulting in easy integration if there is reciprocity
They are easily absorbing information, by quickly learning Romanian language, so that they can be able to interact with both their colleagues and supervisors, as well to the clients, if the case
They are flexible, being willing to additional tasks, depending on the needs of the employer or/and seasonal activity
Previous experience in same field gives them more ease when coming to adaptation process, compared to the unskilled workers, for example
By their religion, the emphasis is on inner peace, promoting the virtues of not doing harm and living in mutual respect, therefore a proactive, patient and tolerant attitude will ease their integration

Disadvantages of employment:

Due to cultural differences, employers may have difficulties in understanding the needs and the personality of Asian people, for instance, a raised tone of voice in interacting with them might be considered offensive
As most Asian workers have working experience in Middle East where their duties were clear and limited to few main responsibilities, they might expect the same thing to happen when coming to Romania
The range of personal placement services in Asia offered by our company covers various areas:
Hospitality – from skilled personnel for hotels, restaurants, beauty and massage salons
Industrial sector as textiles, auto, recycling and production
Agriculture
Constructions
FMCG
